I am a returning customer of Jason's. My first encounter was the refinancing at a lower rate. When everyone was upside down, and left their homes, I stayed put, even oweing much more than the home would sell for. It took a very long time to get back to even. I was turned down by several lenders, all stating various reasons why they "would" not help me. Jason found the way that he "could" help me. Anything I say here will not do enough justice to how great Adam and Gregg are. This company took over a loan that had been completely wrecked by our last lender. They were able to do absolutely amazing things and get our loan closed in a matter of just a couple of weeks.
